• To manage your community account and provide portal access
• To process HOA dues and fee payments
• To communicate about tickets, news, and community updates
• To facilitate community voting and governance

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with:

• HOA board members (for community management purposes)
• Stripe (for payment processing — they handle all card data)
• Email service providers (for notifications you've opted into)

4. Data Security

Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt. All connections use HTTPS. Sessions expire after 24 hours. Rate limiting and account lockout protect against unauthorized access. Two-factor authentication is available.

5. Your Rights

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request account deletion (contact admin)

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years per financial regulations. Deactivated accounts are purged after 2 years.
